Chris O'Carroll
A Million Little Copies
I binge on life's extremes until I drop;
My clothes are stiff with puke and Skid Row dirt.
One time, I killed and ate a Texas cop,
Then smoked crack with some bikers for dessert.
My skin's a jailhouse MOMA of tattoos
From all the 50 states where I've done time.
I hold the AA record for most booze
Consumed to fuel a one-night spree of crime.
Blood gushes out each time I try to pee,
My best friends are a hitman and a whore,
The Devil often sells his soul to me —
Thus I'm the author talk-show hosts adore.
So what if my harsh truths are mostly fiction?
Your gawking at me feeds a real addiction.< back | next >
